Cancellation Window

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 00.30 to 1:00 hour of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team with below the contacts..

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item in accordance with our Return Policy.

Non-Cancellable Orders Some items may not be eligible for cancellation, including:

Customized or personalized products.
Final sale or clearance items Digital/downloadable products.
Perishable items. Like Fish Meat,chicken Fruits,Vegetables etc.

Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved:

A full refund will be issued to your User Wallet, for next Shopping. You can redeem balance at a time once next order.
If you want your original payment method, it Will be within 5–10 business days.
If a partial shipment has occurred, only the unshipped portion will be refunded.

The above conditions will apply until the product is ready for delivery.

Changes to Orders

If you need to modify your order instead of canceling, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed.
